The fee associated with a Virtual Visit covers the cost of the consultation with one of our licensed healthcare providers. Once you have completed a consultation with a provider, this service is considered rendered and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or whether a prescription is issued.
B. Medication
For safety and regulatory reasons, all medication sales are final and non-refundable. Once a medication has been dispensed and shipped by our partner pharmacies, it cannot be returned for any reason.
